1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AgentGuard at www.agentguardprotection.com ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

AgentGuard is an AI Agent Security Scanner that allows users to scan AI agents for security vulnerabilities by providing an agent configuration or URL. The Service generates security reports with findings, risk scores, and remediation guidance.

3. Account Registration

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when registering and to keep it up to date.

4. Subscription Tiers

AgentGuard offers the following tiers:

  • Free — 5 scans per day, includes advertisements
  • Pro ($29/month) — Unlimited scans, no advertisements

We reserve the right to modify pricing and tier features with reasonable advance notice. Changes will not apply retroactively to the current billing period.

5. Payments and Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. You may manage or cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only to scan AI agents and systems that you own or have explicit authorization to test. You must not:

  • Scan systems without proper authorization
  • Use the Service to conduct attacks or exploit vulnerabilities in third-party systems
  • Attempt to circumvent rate limits or access controls
  • Use automated tools to bulk-access the Service beyond your tier limits
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose

7. Scan Results and Accuracy

Security scan results are provided for informational purposes only. AgentGuard does not guarantee that all vulnerabilities will be detected or that results are free of false positives. You are solely responsible for evaluating and acting on scan findings. Scan reports should not be considered a substitute for a comprehensive professional security audit.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, scanning modules, and branding, is owned by AgentGuard and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the configurations and data you submit for scanning. We claim no ownership over your scan inputs or the resulting reports generated for your account.

9. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AgentGuard shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

  • Your use of or inability to use the Service
  • Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers or your data
  • Any vulnerabilities not detected by our scans
  • Any errors or omissions in scan results

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including limitations of liability and intellectual property) will remain in effect.

13. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time by posting the updated version on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
